Chronotherapy is a sleep routine that is established to try and help people who may be suffering from Delayed Sleep Phase Disorder. The routine is designed to go over seven nights and each night the time the patient will sleep is three hours later than the previous night. This carries on for seven nights until on the seventh night the patient will be sleeping at their desired bedtime. This is one of the most effective methods of treating DSPS.
