In order to become a doctor in Thailand, you must complete six years’ worth of study towards your undergraduate degree programme, culminating in two main exams. After graduating, graduates must complete a years’ internship and also 3 years working in rural areas. Upon completing this, doctors can go on to apply for residency positions, or choose to embark upon further study to become a specialist and offer hair transplant surgery.

It should be noted however that most medical courses are only accessible to Thai citizens.
