The cost of PAL ranges from £750 to £1500 depending on the extent of the surgery being undertaken.  These prices will vary from surgeon to surgeon and from country to country, and this ought to be only used as a rough guide.  Often the initial consultation for liposuction will be free and included in the price of the surgery but any after care that you might need is likely to cost you extra.  On top of this you need to consider the length of time you intend to take off work and any travel or accommodation costs that might be necessary on top of the surgery.
